American president Donald Trump is one of the top real estate investors in the world. With a fortune of $2.1 billion, he’s ranked the 1001st world’s wealthiest individual.

In 2020, Forbes business magazine ranked a total of 2095 top billionaires in the world. Out of these, 196 are in real estate. According to this list, China is the country with the highest number of real estate billionaires having 44. It is followed by Hong Kong and the United States with 31 and 15 billionaires respectively.

I have compiled a list of the world’s 20 wealthiest real estate investors, which is what this article is about. Lee Shau Kee tops the list with a fortune of $28.1 billion. Yang Huiyan who’s also on the list, is the richest woman in real estate. Continue reading to see the full list.
